Amgad Hanna, MD, is an associate professor in the University of Wisconsin Department of Neurological Surgery. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the spine and peripheral nerves. He is experienced in complex spine surgery, treatment of intradural tumors and minimally invasive spine surgery as well as kyphoplasty. Dr. Hanna has extensive training in peripheral nerve surgery including fascicular nerve biopsies, nerve entrapments, tumors and selective denervation to treat dystonia. He also has expertise in the treatment of brachial plexus injuries and neurofibromatosis.
